Most people choose Beresford Hall for the serene natural setting. What a great place to return home to after a hectic day. With large homesites up to an acre, the community has a feeling of serenity and privacy. There is very little foot traffic except those walking the dog or taking a bit of exercise. The community is gated, automobile making traffic virtually nonexistent. Even the mail is delivered to a community mailbox. Residents spend their free time boating, fishing, hiking nature trails and generally enjoying the amenities and splendor of where they live. Of course, it will at some time be necessary to shop, run errands or meet friends for dinner and that can be accomplished by traveling about 10 minutes to Daniel Island or about 15 minutes to Mount Pleasant. Grades 9-12 Philip Simmons High School- Third level education named after the famous Charleston Ironworker and artist.
