About Beresford Creek Landing
Beresford Creek Landing is an enclave of about 145 custom homes that start on the edges of Beresford Creek adjacent to Daniel Island. Visitors enter via an avenue of live oaks over ¼ of a mile long. Two landscape islands of Palmetto trees remind those passing by they are still in Charleston. Seven lagoons create attractive green spaces where Egrets and Herons are often found wading in the shallows. Creative natural landscaping gives the streets a seashore like quality and stylish lanterns light the streets at night. Read More
