Even though we started the process in the middle of the housing industry decline and were selling a unique custom designed home (reverse floor plan), you demonstrated the aggressive marketing and tireless effort to find qualified buyers and generate showings. Additionally, all the commitments you made to us were delivered: use “best efforts” to qualify buyers, be present at every showing, communicate immediate feedback after showings and conduct regular meetings and discussions to review market data and adjust plans accordingly.

There are times in life where great things happen by pure coincidence. Such is the case with our meeting Bob Farina from Prestige Real Estate Group. My wife and I had been renting on Daniel Island in order to make sure DI was where we wanted to retire. After falling in love with the island, my wife started looking at available real estate. She left her contact information on several sites and the next thing we knew Bob gave us a call. At our first meeting, Bob spent his time getting to understand our needs/interests and supplying us with helpful information about the local housing market. While we were leaning in one direction (a single family dwelling), Bob suggested that we spend a morning looking at the variety of real estate available on the island. I said, “Good idea, but no condos.” Bob arranged for us to see a variety of real estate options including a condo that had just gone on the market the day before. He apologized several times for showing the condo but said that “based on your needs/interests, you should see this property.” We are so thankful for Bob’s approach and the fact that he understood our needs well enough to encourage us to see the condo. We immediately feel in love with the condo and make an offer on the property that very afternoon. Without Bob, we would have never identified or obtained this property since it was only on the market for three days.
Bob was invaluable in helping us through the offer phase (there with multiple offers on the property) and his suggestion for home inspectors, lending agents, etc. made the whole closing process quick and easy. Bob was there for us every step of the way – even after closing. There was one seller contingency item that was not resolved at closing. Bob followed up on the item until it was resolved.
Bottom line, we cannot say enough positive things about Bob Farina. Yes, we realize that Bob is an agent whose livelihood depends on selling houses. However, we NEVER felt like making a sale was Bob’s motivation. Instead, we felt like we had an old friend helping us through the complicated process of buying a home.

Elliot was an excellent partner for our family. On the selling side he did a thorough market analysis, made valuable presale suggestions to maximize our profit and set realistic targets for activity. Sue and Scott Campell are a fabulous real estate sales team.
