FOLLY BEACH
Folly Beach is one of three barrier island communities in close proximity to Charleston. The other two are Isle Of Palms and Sullivan's Island. Folly Beach is the most relaxed of the three and property values are typically the most reasonable of the beach communities. In early 2011 there are beach front homes ranging from $550,000 to $2,500,000. This is a great community to focus on if one has the dream of a beach house and is on a limited budget.

Or enjoy the famous Folly Beach Moonlight Mixers-Shaggin on the Pier and the Fourth of July fireworks on the ocean, just a taste of the great events held in this waterfront town.
