Charleston finishes second in Travel and Leisure's best food city survey

Beating out major cities like San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City, Charleston ranked second only to New Orleans in the “Best American Cities for Food” survey. In the picture, Charleston is represented by an image of Leon’s Oyster Shop’s chargrilled oysters. The ranking continues Charleston's success in the reader-determined awards. Just last month, Charleston was announced as the winner of the “best city in the world” title, decided by the same survey.  Charleston’s growth is not going unnoticed and the fine dining options are only one part of what makes Charleston such an amazing place to live and travel to.
