Even though we started the process in the middle of the housing industry decline and were selling a unique custom designed home (reverse floor plan), you demonstrated the aggressive marketing and tireless effort to find qualified buyers and generate showings.
Additionally, all the commitments you made to us were delivered: use “best efforts” to qualify buyers, be present at every showing, communicate immediate feedback after showings and conduct regular meetings and discussions to review market data and adjust plans accordingly. Your hard work and professionalism were the best we have seen in our buying and selling houses over the last 35 years and the follow up communication to us after showings was unrivaled.
Lastly, your careful management of the process with the eventual buyers over six months was outstanding. Your constant follow up with the buyer’s agent and your making creative suggestions to the buyers through their agent were ultimately successful.
