Sue Skelton Campbell, Broker-In-Charge/Owner

With over 18 years of experience in real estate sales, Sue is the consummate professional broker. The majority of Sue’s experience has been in the sale of luxury real estate. She has worked on site in leading luxury home communities, in condominium sales and general brokerage. In September, 2007, Sue became broker in charge of Prestige Real Estate Group. Born and raised in Tennessee, Sue has a warm personality and particularly enjoys negotiating outstanding deals for her clients. Sue is known by her friends for her "I've never met a stranger" passion for life.

Scott Campbell, Luxury Home Specialist/Owner

Scott was born in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania and spent the majority of his life in Colorado. After a successful business career in senior management with several explosive growth cable TV companies and as CEO of a small public company, Scott joined his wife in the real estate business. He enjoys working with families buying or selling real estate. His passion for in-depth Daniel Island and Charleston market is used to assist clients in making smart decisions. Clients enjoy Scott's "live well, laugh often" philosophy. Shopping for a home should be fun. Mike Davis, Luxury Home Specialist

Mike Davis has an extensive background in the real estate business including construction, renovation and commercial management. As a very active participant in the historic Charleston scene, Mike purchased several historic buildings in downtown Charleston, renovated them and converted them to bed and breakfast inns. He has also owned and managed commercial shopping centers. Today he enjoys working with both sellers and buyers of residential real estate. Mike’s knowledge of construction and maintenance of homes is highly valued by his clients. Mike's clients enjoy his warm, entertaining personality along with his unsurpassed knowledge of the Charleston and Daniel Island real estate market.

 

Elizabeth C. Baker, Assoc. AIA, Sales Associate

Liz has known since 12 years old that residential architecture/construction was a deep-seeded passion. After graduating from Clemson University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Design, Liz soon escalated her knowledge and love for homes as Director of Architecture with an award winning Atlanta architecture design firm. Liz’s traditional style background with the specialization of southern vernacular architecture felt right at home when she founded a successful satellite office of the Atlanta architecture firm. Liz enjoyed designing homes throughout Charleston, but quickly became focused on Daniel Island, where she has lived with her husband, Mike, the Head Tennis Coach at Charleston Southern University, since 2001. After working for a Daniel Island design/build company, Liz’s construction experience enhanced her understanding of construction schedules and costs along with perfecting the process of taking homeowners through the selections of their home. In July of 2009, Liz founded Translations Design, a residential design firm based on Daniel Island, specializing on designing homes and assisting homeowners with their architectural interiors/selections. Liz great strength is assisting homeowners with her architectural guidance before they purchase a lot or home and has joined with Prestige Real Estate Group to offer a turn-key process from beginning to end. Her goal whether it is design/build, purchase/remodel or simply purchasing/moving in is making the process enjoyable not stressful…while translating your ideas and dreams into reality!! Liz says, “when I later see my clients, if they say I miss working with you…I am so happy with my home…I feel my job was successful.”

 

Jill Nguyen, Sales Associate

Jill moved to South Carolina in 1981. She has extensive personal knowledge of all aspects of the Charleston area. Jill holds a Bachelors degree in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and a Masters degree in Business. Currently Jill is a Major in the United States Air Force Reserves Nurse Corp She served active duty for 13 years and lived in Honolulu, HI Seattle, Washington and Washington DC where met her husband. Jill’s husband is a custom home builder. Living in different parts of the country has given Jill an appreciation for different life styles and the importance of finding a great home for your family. She loves real estate and is able to put her experience raising a big family to work in assisting her clients find their dream home and settle in. Jill has lived on Daniel Island since August 2003 and loves it. Jill and her husband have four beautiful children ages 2-7.

 

Brian Sloss, Sales Associate

Born and raised in the South, Brian Sloss has enjoyed over 10 years of experience in high end, luxury real estate, in both sales and development. Brian’s background has allowed him to travel extensively selling property in FL, NC, and SC, as well as in off shore locations, such as Central America and The Caribbean. With his wide range of knowledge and a love for coastal living, Brian recently relocated to Daniel Island with his wife, Beth, and their baby. His comprehensive experience allows his clients to feel comfortable and confident about their purchases and his passion and enthusiasm for real estate makes purchasing property fun and exciting!
