Melanie has been in the world of real estate and community and city development for much of her life. As the product of a family, who has since 1955, been involved in the planning and design of many major structures in the Charleston area, she appreciates the value of property as it relates to architecture, engineering and interior design.

Melanie and her husband Sean are the proud parents of two young sons. They enjoy spending time together at the beach and at the many beautiful parks and plantation gardens in and around the Charleston area.
