Mike Davis joined our team in 2006. He has an extensive
background in construction and renovation. Mike purchased several historic
buildings in downtown Charleston, renovated them and converted them to bed and
breakfast inns. Mike provides a wide range of maintenance and repair services
to our clients as they prepare their homes to go on the market. Mike is a true
craftsman and has been an enormous asset for our team in perfecting our
listings. Mike’s services are performed after clients approve quotes for
services to be performed.
