Sue was born in East Tennessee and has spent most of
her adult life in and around the real estate business. Her role model was
her daddy who taught her the value of strong relationships and the art of
negotiating. Her brother is a Southern Living Custom Builder. Sue refined
her skills as a real estate professional and became a top producer selling
homes in the $1–3 million range in Colorado for 14 years before moving to
Charleston. Sue is blessed with excellent human skills and has a sincere
passion for serving others. She has never met a stranger. Sue is recognized
for her negotiating skills. She has that rare ability to get a deal done to
her clients’ benefit and still have both sides of a transaction walking away
smiling.
